Lena's remarkable journey from practising medicine in Russia since 1992 to earning a Master of Nursing Practice from Curtin University in 2017 demonstrates her dedication to evidence-based practice. Her experience spans the medical and cosmetic beauty sectors, further enriched by her role as a clinical trainer for a medical-aesthetics company. Lena is a senior staff member whose dedication to the field of cosmetic medicine is underscored by her comprehensive knowledge, quality care and patient-centred approach.

Renee's career journey from a Curtin University graduate in 2004 to a clinic owner and experienced cosmetic nurse is marked by her deep-seated experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery nursing, as well as non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Her previous role as an Operating Theatre Area Manager at Mount Hospital has contributed significantly to her success as a clinic owner of Renaissance Dalkeith. Working closely with plastic surgeons has enriched her understanding and passion for the field, making her an indispensable member of our team.

Mia’s nursing background began with a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Technology Sydney in 2011. She then completed a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Nursing at the University of Notre Dame, and explored different roles including vaccination nurse, occupational health nurse and working in general hospitals. Mia attributes her passion for aesthetics to her Korean heritage, the ‘trendsetter’s in the Asian beauty market. Her commitment to enhancing client confidence through personalised cosmetic treatments reflects her dedication to patient satisfaction.

After completing a Bachelor of Nursing in 2019, Kristal began her nursing career in the perioperative area, both in theatre and recovery. Kristal is very career focused and it has always been her goal to end up in the cosmetic industry.

Crystal has a background as a Surgical Nurse at Royal Perth Hospital Plastics Maxillofacial and Orthopaedics Specialities. Crystal has always held a passion for Aesthetics and pursued her dreams by training in 2021. Crystal still currently works across tertiary hospitals in WA supporting patients with post operative care, however she has more recently dedicating much of her time as a Cosmetic Nurse with Renaissance Clinics.
Crystal has a great eye for detail and is warm and welcoming with every client. Crystal can provide a comprehensive assessment and target a supported treatment plan to curate a healthy natural and subtle radiance. After a nursing career spanning over 25 years, including Midwifery and Child and Adolescent Health Nurse, Anthea changed trajectory to enter the cosmetic industry in 2020. This was an area that was always of special interest to her. 

Anthea is warm and welcoming, helping her clients feel immediately comfortable. She understands people’s needs and is proud of her good listening skills. She loves all things family, her dog Dudley, the beach and her favourite tipple, bubbles.
